Digital payments and driver payouts for your business.
Meter App Partners with Stripe to provide convenient ways to collect payments from customers. Meter Pay charges 3.5% + 30 cents per transaction to cover payment processing fees. The remaining amount is paid out automatically to the linked bank account within 1 business day.
Invoices & Payment Links
Drivers can share a payment link with riders or display a QR code directly from within the Meter App. With this link, riders can view an itemized receipt, leave a tip, and pay for their trip with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Automatic Payouts
With Meter Fleet, administrators can configure automatic payouts to split earnings between the fleet and drivers. Set a percentage of each fare that drivers receive automatically. Once drivers link their bank accounts, payouts can be configured to happen within 1 business day. Use the demo slider below to see how different payout percentages would work.

Booking in Advance
Accept bookings ahead of time and secure payment at the time of booking. If a customer cancels, any cancellation fees are automatically captured. Once the trip is completed, the payment is captured and funds are paid to you.
Fraud Protection
Protect your business from payment fraud with Meter's comprehensive security features. Our advanced fraud detection automatically screens for stolen or fraudulent cards before transactions are processed, reducing your exposure to bad actors. When disputes arise, we leverage detailed trip data—including GPS routes, timestamps, and fare calculations—to build strong evidence for chargeback defense. This documentation significantly increases your win rate with credit card companies.
Tap to Pay
Accept in-person payments with just your iPhone or Android device running Meter App. Give your users the ability to accept contactless payments in person, directly on compatible iPhones and Android devices. With Tap to Pay, users can accept contactless payments from physical cards and digital wallets – no extra hardware required.
